1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the services provided by Dongre Industries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These terms govern all interactions, transactions, and environmental compliance activities conducted through our industrial scrap and factory clearance network across Maharashtra.

2. Services & Compliance

Dongre Industries provides end-to-end industrial polymer and scrap solutions. As a user of our services, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate declarations of scrap materials and hazardous waste (e.g., MPCB Red Category materials).
  • All materials provided for disposal or recycling must comply with the regulatory guidelines of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).
  • Form 10 manifest documentation is a shared responsibility, and you agree to provide all necessary facility information for its accurate generation.
  • Material weights are verified at our certified weighbridge upon receipt, and these readings form the basis for final settlement.

Pricing

Prices quoted via our platform or representatives are subject to market fluctuations until formally contracted.

Settlements

Settlements for bulk industrial scrap procurement will be processed per agreed-upon invoicing terms following weighbridge verification.

Material Acceptance

We reserve the right to reject materials that are heavily contaminated or differ significantly from the initial assessment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

In no event shall Dongre Industries, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies to damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of courts in Akola, Maharashtra. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the service.
